Refund policy

We strive to supply products our customers will be happy with. Please select carefully as we do not refund if you just change your mind. Also when purchasing magic tricks part of the value is in the secret which is only revealed when you purchase and receive the trick.

We do work on importing and producing the best quality products, but of course if any items you receive are faulty, damaged or have a manufacturers quality issue we will happily replace the item. If no replacement is available we can then offer a store credit or refund.

Please email us first before returning any item so we can work out the most appropriate solution. Request to return an item must be made to us within 5 days of receiving your product.

Human error can happen and if we send you the wrong product notify us ASAP and we will rectify this.
